Free shipping on orders over ¥50,000
*Free shipping applies to destinations within Asia only. For all other regions, a flat shipping fee of ¥3,000 will be charged.
*Additional shipping charges may apply to heavy or oversized items.
How to Order from Overseas
1. Click "Overseas Order"
Once you have decided which item(s) you would like to purchase, click the "Overseas Order" button located at the bottom of the product page.
2. Complete the Order Form
Please fill out the order form carefully.
Be sure to enter your postal/ZIP code correctly.
Incomplete forms may delay processing or prevent delivery.
Please make sure all required fields are completed before submitting the form.
Click the "Send" button when finished.
3. Payment via PayPal
International orders can be paid by credit card through PayPal.
After we confirm your order, we will calculate the total amount, including shipping costs, and send you a PayPal invoice.
Please complete your payment according to the invoice.
4. Receive Your Order
All international orders are shipped via EMS (Japan Post).
Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number.
Please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
*All EMS shipments are fully insured.
*Insurance costs are covered by our store.
Estimated Delivery Time
Asia: Approximately 3–6 business days
Oceania & North America: Approximately 7 business days
Please note that customs clearance procedures may cause delays.
If you require your order urgently, we recommend allowing extra time for delivery.
Shipping Fees
Orders under ¥50,000 are subject to shipping charges.
Orders over ¥50,000 qualify for:
• Free shipping within Asia
• Flat-rate shipping of ¥3,000 for all other regions
For heavy items such as shoes, jackets, or outerwear, an additional shipping fee of approximately ¥2,000–¥5,000 may apply.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges only in the case of defective products or if an incorrect item has been shipped.
For all other reasons, returns and exchanges cannot be accepted.
